During my many years of comprehensive operational management experience in international and domestic organizations, I have developed extensive knowledge and expertise in insurance, legal, financial and professional services.

As a senior operational manager I have a vast experience working in complex matrix organizations, providing authentic leadership to large groups of professionals and their supporting staff. When required, I create change acceptance on the working floor.
